On the eve of the release of the first large-scale addition to S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, Samsung and GSC Game World announced a joint promotional campaign “Get Ready for New Adventures”.
The main event for fans of the game will be the release of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost of Hope — the first major DLC for the project. The addition will be released on August 20, 2026 and will offer a new portion of adventures in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. universe.
As part of the Samsung campaign, Ukrainian gamers will be able to update their gaming space using the company’s TVs and monitors. At the same time, buyers of individual devices will receive S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl along with the new addition as a gift.
The promo has already started on August 18 and will last until October 5, 2026 inclusive.
What Samsung offers for gamers
Samsung Micro RGB and OLED TVs have a number of features that can be useful when playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2. In particular, these are settings related to image smoothness and game parameter control.
- Refresh rate up to 165 Hz – allows you to display fast movements and dynamic scenes more smoothly.
- AI Gaming Optimizer – detects the genre of the game and automatically selects the appropriate image settings.
- AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-SYNC – on compatible models synchronize the screen refresh rate with the frame rate, which helps reduce image tearing and lag.
- Game Bar – allows you to change basic game settings directly during the passage.
What rewards will gamers receive
From August 18 to October 5, buyers of promotional Samsung Micro RGB and OLED TVs will be able to receive additional gifts – a soundbar and two game keys.
As part of the offer, users will be provided with:
- key for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl (Standard Edition);
- key for the first expansion pack S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost of Hope.
Both keys can be activated on current-generation consoles. To receive the codes, you must use the Samsung Promotion application, available directly on the TV. The keys will be issued on August 20, 2026 — the day of the release of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost of Hope.
The number of TVs, soundbars and keys within the offer is limited, so the terms of the promotion and the availability of sets may vary in different stores. The product is sold as a single bundle, and the gift soundbar cannot be returned separately from the main product.
The partnership between Samsung Electronics and the Ukrainian studio GSC Game World, known for creating the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. universe, began on October 21, 2025. For Samsung, this cooperation became another stage in the development of the brand in the Ukrainian market.
