Maincast Studio has released a video featuring a pilot from the 16th Separate Army Aviation Brigade “Brody.” The soldier filmed the video during a flight, wearing a jersey from the Ukrainian esports organization NAVI.
The pilot’s appearance in the team’s uniform is part of a fundraising effort to support the brigade. Maincast supports this initiative and encourages everyone to contribute to the fundraiser, the proceeds of which will be used to upgrade the military’s technical equipment.
“Help NAVI fans from the 16th Separate Army Aviation Brigade ‘Brody’ gain a technological edge over the enemy to defend Ukraine’s skies,” the studio’s post reads.
According to Maincast, state-of-the-art equipment remains a necessity in wartime. This time, the fundraiser is being held to purchase new electronic warfare systems, which are planned to be installed on the brigade’s helicopters. In addition, funds are needed to modernize the brigade’s existing electronic warfare systems.
“The pilots send their regards and continue to carry out their combat missions to defend Ukraine,” the studio added.
Electronic warfare systems are designed to help military personnel counter enemy drones and other threats, providing additional protection for equipment and crews while carrying out combat missions.
The total fundraising goal is 100,000 UAH. Maincast is calling on viewers and NAVI fans to contribute to the fundraiser and help the 16th Separate Army Aviation Brigade “Brody” purchase the necessary equipment.
